Kegel Excercises - By Bethany Hizer

While many women have heard of Kegel Excercises I'm willing to bet that many don't have any idea as to their benefits. In addition, although many have heard of Kegel, I would also bet that many women aren't familiar with the excercises themselves.

Wait, you might be saying, I'm familiar with Kegel but I don't know what muscles I should be exercising. It's really not too difficult; In fact, finding the muscles used in Kegel’s is as easy as going to the bathroom. When urinating, start and stop your flow of urine several times. You’ve found your PC muscles! When doing Kegel’s, try to only use these muscles.

Performing the Kegel Exercises can be done in a number of ways. The following four methods are some of the best I've found.

Contract and Hold:

Squeeze the muscles and hold for a count of ten. Contract and hold for another count of ten and continue to do so until tired.

Flutter:

Contract the muscles as quickly as possible. Just make rapid light contractions. Take a rest – then do it again.

The Elevator:

Imagine there’s an elevator in your pelvic region and that you want to raise and lower. Start at the ground floor and go up to the first floor, then up the second floor, and last to the third floor. Then gradually allow the “elevator” to go back down stopping at each floor. Once you get to the ground floor, completely relax the muscles you’ve just exercised. This one takes a little time to master but is very effective!

The Workout:

For even better and quicker results there are "tools" that will make Kegel exercises easier to do and feel more natural. Using weighted balls such as Ben Wa, Pleasure Pods or Sports Balls, insert only one ball or side at first. Squeeze and release for two minutes. When you start to notice greater muscle strength, add the second ball or side.

Note: You can find many of these tools at my website

What are some of the benefits of Kegel Exercise

* Makes it easier for you to reach orgasm, and provides a stronger/better orgasm

* Tightens the vaginal muscles which enhances your and your partner’s feeling

* Assists with the ability to have multiple orgasms

* Increases blood flow to the vagina

* Medically beneficial in preventing certain ailments and sexual difficulties

* Strengthens the muscles involved with bladder control

Single Gay Men - By Kristy Annely

The prevalence of numerous gay societies and online gay dating services has made it easier for gay men to search for a partner. There are numerous matchmaking websites that allow single gay men to post their personal information and preferences.

Single gay men usually prefer online dating services because of the wider selection of the Internet dating website profiles. Here, they can choose their future partners from other states or maybe a different nation. They can also make their choice based on other criteria such as interests, HIV status, and sexual compatibility. Just like in a male/female relationship, wealth and physical attributes play key role in the choices of preferred partner. A major feature that gay men find appealing about using online dating services is the ability to mail and chat. Single gay men can mail and chat with each other to get to know each other in a casual manner before proceeding to a real-life meeting. However, online dating has its shortcomings. There is always a chance of meeting someone who may give wrong information about himself. Furthermore, one cannot judge the other person completely by only meeting online.

Some gay men rely on gay bars instead of online services for finding their partners. At bars, single gay men can personally meet like-minded gay men and choose their partner. Gay bars, which were operated secretly in the past, are now seen operating openly in most cities. Additionally, these bars do not face the problem of police raids that were frequent occurrences during the early years of the gay movement. More single gay men are frequenting these bars, revealing that the gay movement is a little less stigmatized than in earlier years.
